I first had this Special Filtre in Paris and it was delicious. I brought one box to the states assuming I would be able to repurchase the same product here, but no. I was thrilled to find it here, it's worth the price. It does NOT taste like instant coffee, but is smooth and rich and dissolves quickly.

I took one star off for the price. Its a bit steep. But I guess it's because its semi fancy?
I took off another star because its just pure black coffee. I thought it would have some cream hence the "crema" in the title. Each packet is pretty much good enough for a slightly bigger espresso cup.

This is excellent coffee. Use only 3oz of water as stated, a little less than 1/2 a cup. I am a coffee snob, i grind and pull my own espresso shots on a Rancilio Silvia at home, but love these for traveling and when i just don’t have time to pull a shot of espresso. I gave it a 1 star rating so people who are actually interested will read it, but it is a 10 star rating!
