Texture is more like a cornbread than that of a sandwich bread. But quite expensive at the time of my purchase.

Assuming you can get this at a reasonable price in 2020, I recommend it. I added a Tbsp expandex, like I do to any GF bread. My first loaf came out with a crust that was too dark, since I always toast GF bread, and the crust will burn in the toaster otherwise. I also adjust the water and have added some regular GF flour if it's too wet.

To make egg-free, I add ground flax and/or unground chia seeds to some warm water (1 Tbsp ground flax to 2 Tbsp water, same for Chia). Because this will make it too wet, I then adjust the water until the dough looks right as it's mixing. The recipe says 1 3/4 C water, but i Just add the water on top of the Flax/chia egg to make 1 3/4 c, then see how it looks as it mixes. You have to play around with it a little, but eventually this mix can work out well.

I've done the same thing with Pamela's bread mix with similar results. Both are decent for GF.
