I received it today. Fits my mixer(Pro 6) just fine. To test it, I took the white of a single egg, and whipped it. The original 6-wire whisk would not whip a single egg white. If there were several it whipped them just fine, but not just one. Well, the 11-wire whisk whipped the single white just fine. I am very pleased with it's performance, and recommend it to anyone who wishes to use the big KitchenAid mixer to whip small quanities of ingredients. It will replace the small 3 quart bowl and whisk attachment I purchased sometime back, for the same task. Jim
