Hershey Corporation is enforcing a licensed trademark on the "Cadbury" brand name in the United States, thereby blocking imports of Cadbury UK products into the United States.  Cadbury products manufactured by Hershey are completely different in taste and composition, and are widely available in mass markets.  Cadbury products imported from the UK are sold in small, boutique businesses and local grocers, and do not compete with Hershey made counterparts.  The blocking of imports hurts small businesses who cater to a niche market, and removes the rights of consumers to purchase their product of choice. Our goals are ranked as follows:

1. Repeal the ruling against Let's Buy British imports and continue to allow import of Cadbury UK products
2. If the ruling cannot be repealed, then appeal to Hershey itself to stop enforcing it
3. If the ruling cannot be repealed and Hershey will not stop enforcing it, appeal to Mondelez International / Cadbury UK to remarket / repackage its products for sale in the United States, under a name or design that does not infringe on Hershey's licensed trademark
4. If Cadbury UK products cannot be repackaged, then repeal Hershey's license to manufacture Cadbury products in the United States completely
5. Support local businesses in the United States that supply Cadbury UK products to active consumers
6. Boycott Hershey products and educate consumers in the United States about Hershey's unfair business practices
7. Promote adoption of higher quality chocolate, alternative to Hershey's products
