Magic Hat and the folks at Independent Brewers United must be drinking quite a lot of their own product.  You see, they've lost the ability to tell the difference between a six and a nine.  With that beer goggles analysis in hand, they've lawyered up and headed out to federal court.

I think that Magic Hat dragging a one year old brewery into court because they think "#9" = "6*" is absurd. That's the kind of lawsuit driven capitalism which has become entirely too endemic to modern society of late.  Crushing young companies with lawyers is not an acceptable way to do business!

This campaign will last until the case against West Sixth Brewing is dropped.
