Much like how cable television is offered today, the idea has been proposed where some internet providoers will offer "site bundles" - where preferred sites will have faster access and won't count against data caps, but other sites will have slow or even limited access. One image from reddit and CNN illustrates just how this might look:

This future has been imagined before by leading tech news blogs and is soon destined to be a political issue. What has made the internet the monumental tool it is today is the fact it treats no one with preference. Sites like YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, news sites, podcasts, and blogs would not have developed into what they are today without network neutrailty. Innovation will be stunted if this does not persevere. Join in supporting companies which support network neutrality and boycott those which don't.
