Great for casual playing

For someone who just plays at home as opposed to on stage, it works great. It's inexpensive and does exactly what it needs to do. If sitting is what you prefer to do while playing, then this is the item you need. I have three size Djembe's and each one fits just fine and has the drum right where it needs to be. I'd recommend it to anyone who has a Djembe, especially for the cost that its at.

nice for the price - watch size

Needed stand for djembe at Church. Description states fits all sizes, but it does not. When I inserted Djembe into the stand, the bottom of the Djembe just rested on the carpet. I had to go to the hardware store and bought four rubber door stop bumpers, cut a slot 1/2 way down the center and slid the bumpers in four locaions around the rim of the stand. That brought the drum about 6 inches off the floor, allowing you to tilt the drum. So be flexible to modify the stand a little and be creative.
