At its heart thumps a robust 12" woofer, supported by an array of eight high-output drivers and a lower crossover point than standard PAs. For extended low-end, pair the F1 Model 812 with the optional Bose F1 subwoofer, which packs the power of a larger bass box into a more compact, portable design.

    They sound great. Been using the Bose S1's for a couple years now and couldn't be happier for most of the rooms we play. I got the F1 812's for when we play outdoors on the beach, at Festivals and large rooms. Bose is the best sound I've ever experienced. Some would say the price is high...but for the power and clarity, it's worth every penny. My only "complaint" and it's not even that bad is that they are heavy and didn't come with covers to protect it. I know they sell the padded covers, but are over $100 each...which I will likely order soon. Can't wait to let them loose later in the year!!

    Yes you can. To add more it would have to be daisy chained, but it can be done.
