Nice quality cases. Well padded and large pockets. Wheels make for easy transportation. Another good Gator product. However, I ordered 2 and one of them was a returned (used) item. The giveaway signs were: 1) Scotch tape repackaged box, 2) No plastic cover on item, 3) No Gator certificate in pocket and 4) No silica gel inside case. All of these items were in the other one and it was sealed with the usual brown packaging tape so it was quite obvious the second one was a previously returned item. I perhaps wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't ordered 2. I called and spoke to a guy and he suggested I return it. I told him I was happy to keep it (as it appears fine) if he would be willing to match the open box item price they already have for one on the website. He told me he couldn't do that so WWBW prefers to pay shipping twice (return of used item and re-issue of new item) rather than refund a few dollars....crazy.
