I bought the Italian Herb No Knead Bread at least six months ago and basically forgot I had it. I was trying to come up with a sandwich for my evening meal and realized I didn't have any bread that wasn't at least three weeks old and that didn't sound very appetizing. Just finished eating my 3rd slice of the Italian Herb and nothing else made it onto the bread except butter. Bread was still a little warm. I'm contemplating having the 4th slice right now. I'm glad there's no one else in the house that I have to share it with. Am I BAD!
