This pot is my go to pot for just about everything. I don't worry about my food burning in it. I do cook on med to low in all my Le Creuset pots. Love all pot Le Creuset pots and my granddaughter will definitely get them when I'm gone. I did start her own collection because she couldn't wait for me . Not a big selection but a start in loving the brand.
