Best Baseball Pants Ever!
I have bought several pairs of these over the past few years for my growing sons. They are very sturdy pants with reinforced knees. My sons are both very slim and these fit them perfectly. They were swimming in other brands. Additionally, I've never had a problem getting grass and dirt stains out of them with minimal scrubbing, which is definitely a plus for a busy baseball mom. I would definitely recommend these pants.

    Our son wears white pants for his team, is primarily a catcher and we have gone through UA, N*ke, Ev0shield, Marucc* and Champ*ro. I think we also had some Rawl*ngs at one point. All have torn, all were hard to get stains out of and got really pilly, especially the Marucc*. We tried these for the first time this spring and we love them!     The pants seem fine in terms of look and appear to be durable, though we didn't get a chance to actually use them. They are cut way smaller than I expected. My 11 year old son has some under armor baseball pants that are XL and they are slightly big on him. He is 5'1, ~125lbs. With these Mizuno pants we tried, Large, XL and XXL and all three were too small for him. In general for clothes he wears an XL size and sometimes just an L, be it shirts/pants. So I would just consider going bigger than you might think on sizes.

    If you have a pre-teen kid who doesn't fit into men's pants yet, but has outgrown the kids' section, Mizuno is the answer! My son tried on the men's adult small and they just fit strangely (he's eleven). He's not overweight, he's just between boys and mens sizing. We purchased the xxxl size and they are great, flattering, and just a bit roomy to grow. No other brand has these great extended kid's sizes that I know of.

    Also, they are nice thick pants and wash really well!

    Not all baseball pants are created equal. These Mizuno pants are some of the best. Tough fabric, reinforced knees, and padded sliding protection make them the ones you want. These pants will definitely last throughout a long season and probably until your kid grows into the next size. My son is 6'0, 135 pounds, and the XXL fit perfectly. Be warned, though, that this model has elastic bottoms; not all kids may like that. Mizuno does make the same style with hemmed bottoms. Great pants - buy them.

    I was very concerned about the sizing for these pants (youth XL 28"-30"), but they fit my son very well. He is 8 yrs. old, a bit over 4' tall and "husky"-big build for his age. He wears 10 husky pants and sometimes 12, but the 12's are too long. These Mizuno baseball pants fit well and will also fit him next year as they are elastic and on the looser side now. The length is a non-issue as he can wear them down with a couple of folds--or folded under for a pant-leg look as he likes them. He can do without a belt, but a belt secures them.
