I bought this to permanently mount to the new router tablet hat I just built and it works great. My only issue with it was that i needed to tighten up the nut on the spring closure. it was a little loose out of the box and the vibrations of using it in the router table cause the router motor to lower a little bit. After tightening up the spring closure, however, it works great.
