    We bought these fenders on the hopes of dressing up our Thompson Electric bikes. The bikes are great but came with cheap plastic fenders... these fenders worked perfectly and look great. The only modification we had to make was to drill a hole in the rear fender for the mount.

    Highly recommend these!

    I have a folding bike that did not come with fenders, and also has a rear suspension. I bought these fenders thinking they'd be just right, but sadly they don't work. They are in and of themselves, great! I just wish that not only were there more details about the product (for those of us new to the world of owning bikes) and that the product came with instructions! Unfortunately, there is only one mounting point from the fender arms to the frame of the bike, which was not enough to keep the rear fender in place for me. I attempted to mount them from/to my rear wheel skewer, but I couldn't tighten the ends enough to keep it in place. And the arms were too long to mount it from the bike's frame. Also, beware they are pretty wide! I felt like I had received the balloon version of these fenders, but I guess I got the correct ones. They are specified for use with tires of up 2" of width, but my rear tire is 1.75" and it still felt huge! If you want a sleeker look, be sure to get fenders that are closer to the actual size of your tires.

    They are really nice fenders though, for the right bike. I love the shiny chrome, and Wald is one of the only manufactures of fenders that makes affordable fenders for smaller tires. But sadly, I will need to find different fenders!

    I was overhauling my 25 year old recumbent cycle. It originally used this same model fender and the replacement was exactly like the original with two differences (1) it wasn't rusty and (2) there's now an attachment tab for the mud flap.
