The Panasonic PC-NLF04D WhisperLine Accessory Kit is a double pick up kit that includes two 4-Inch double inlet grilles, two back draft dampers, two clamps, zip ties, and a 4- to 4-Inch Y-adapter. The sturdy metal grilles are slotted with a beveled edge and white finish. Constructed of 24-30 gauge aluminum, this kit is compatible with the Panasonic FV-10NLF1 WhisperLine 120 CFM In-Line Fan and the FV-NLF04G WhisperLine 4-Inch Duct Inlet Grille. The Panasonic PC-NLF04D WhisperLine Accessory Kit is covered by a manufacturer warranty for period of three years from the date of the original purchase and is sold one item per package.

    Its actually a really good kit but the vent flaps are easily obstructed by the edges of the vent hose, get stuck if the body is just slightly off round after attaching hose and starts to stick after a couple months. I'd prefer this design over almost all the others I've seen. When it works it works well but it needs some tweaks.

    Put small weights, sticky or magnet on the flaps and they will drop more reliable. Extend the flange so that the top of the flaps dont get stuck on the hose so easily. It would be perfect with this design and it seals well.

    I am usually very diligent about pricing out my purchases, but for some reason I just went ahead and bought this without stopping to wonder if I could get the component parts more cheaply. I was buying the panasonic inline fan at the same time, and I think this popped up as a suggestion.

    It was only when I opened the box when it dawned on me that this is actually quite a sparse collection of very basic part. I went to a bathroom fan website and priced them individually and the total came to just under $100. So I overspent by $15. Not an utter disaster but I kind of feel foolish.

    The parts themselves are fine. The panasonic vent covers look great, and I'm looking forward to installing them.

    The dampers are fine - I suspect if I were buying individually I may have got some higher end ones.

    The y joint is quite poor - I'll need a lot of tape on it to seal the joins. But I guess it's quite a basic piece of kit.

    So overall - the materials are fine, but if you take an extra 2 minutes online you'll be able to bundle them yourself.
