    If anyone knows how these things work then you will understand my situation. The machine says to order but not replace the smart drum. So that is what I do. Then when it is time to replace the toner it does not work. I then have to spend even more money for someone to come service my machine. Then when I inquire about returning the product I am told that we are past the return period in one quick sentence and that is it.

    A complete fraud and complete waste of my time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THE TONER EXPERTS!
