I've purchased two of these prize wheels for in-store events that our company has. We have used these wheels at several events, shipping the wheels to each event & they seem to be holding up nicely. The stores like them because they are small & work on a table top. Our store events are usually at toy stores with hundreds of kids spinning the wheels at each event. Again, they are holding up nicely. I perform maintenance when the wheels come back. Just tightening fasteners is all I've had to do. We decided to use sticker labels for the prize markers instead of using a dry erase marker. It just looks better when using sticker labels. Good little spinner wheel for the money.

I'm a Prime member, so shipping was incredibly fast. I am sure the seller is reputable, but I'm knocking off 2 stars due to poor quality.

In fact, quality is a big issue here. I bought this table-top prize wheel to use at an NBA sporting event to attract fans to my charity booth. Unfortunately, the whole construction of the wheel is poor quality. The triangle piece at the top of the wheel is cheap plastic and broke into pieces, presumably from shipping. Also, while all of the pegs on my wheel are intact, a few spins and they are already loosened.

This wheel is a piece of junk. When we received it the top arrow was broke off and the packaging had the Styrofoam with those tiny balls that made a mess all over the place. We used the wheel for an expo and it kept on wobbling so I had to keep on tightening the bolts. The bolts were rusted and didn't hold well at all. Also where the wheel post goes into the stand it is very difficult to align and the tiny screws included to tighten the post wouldn't tighten. I'm sending this back and on a search for a quality prize wheel. I guess you pay for what you get!

    Shipping:
Shipping was fast and I received it in about 2 days.

    Packaging:
The packaging was a bit bulky and had a lot of wrap and plastic, but most amazon shipments are like this. Not the most Earth friendly product.

Overall I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to buy one on amazon!

I almost did not purchase this product because of all of the negative reviews. I had no issues with this wheel. We had over 600 people visit our booth and take a spin. It held up fine and it was random as to which space it stopped. One note I would make is that the post, which hold the wheel to the base, is attached by the user. Take a small level with you to the event and make sure it is up and down before you tighten it down (place level on back of wheel - you wont be able to use the post), as it is likely the table you set it on will not be level. This is probably going to lead to your wheel being more level and will lend the wheel to work properly and not land on the same space. I had no issues.

Nice Price, I like the dry-erase feature. Not as sturdy as I would have hoped it would be. The metal peg fell out of one of them and we couldn't find the nut in the grass until we were leaving so that was a hassle. The red arrow thing at the top is just stuck on with some sort of glue dot or something and kept falling off so we ended up tossing it in our box and just using it without. It is exceptionally loud. Don't use this is close quarters if you are at a vendor fair unless you want the booth next to you to come punch you.
