    I didn't want to buy an expensive and bulky automatic crossover regulator and I have no problem taking two partially empty tanks to be topped off. My solution for connecting two tanks is pictured here. Works fine with my 4,000 BTU golf cart heater, my 18,000 BTU Big Buddy heater and my 150,000 BTU crab pot stove.

      I had to get this fitting because the green one that came assembled on my cooker was leaking. Be prepared when changing these fittings that they are very tight and have loctite on them. If you are elderly you may need to get someone to help or just buy the hose with this fitting already installed if you don't want to fool with it. Now it works great and no leaks whatsoever.

      Bought this to replace my older propane stove POL “T” fitting (connects into 10 lb. tank) so I could use the new QCC “Y” splitter (connecting portable barbecue as well) to make it easier to connect to the tank instead of using a wrench on the “T” fitting all the time. The Camco QCC Acme Nut fitting was easy to install into the other connector and works great. Delivery was on time and product was received in very good condition.
