I have been buying these jeans for a year. They used to fit nice so I kept buying them, BUT I'm done buying them and here's why: The thighs pill up and separate in less than two months. If your thighs touch, you get maybe 3 months tops before you have to start patching/replacing. The size on the last pair I bought was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than normal. I've lost 16 lbs since my last purchase. If I buy the same size, they should be LOOSE, not painfully tight. The price, OMG SUCH PRICE GOUGING. First pair I bought: $56. This last pair? Same size, same cheap 2 month fabric: $124. Explain that nonsense to me. So, I'm done being fat-priced to death. They lost a customer here. For that kind of money, I can get a tailor and quality fabrics, so that's what I intend to do. At least that way I know my money is going to a good small business.

    NYDJ can't be beat. I prefer their W sizes and have a 16WP jean as my go-to weekly jean. I wish Amazon would stock the WP sizes :(
    Otherwise, the 16 fits as expected and at 5'2" I have to wear a heel with it. Again, as expected. If you're a fan of NYDJ you know what you're getting: a solidly made jean that will enhance where necessary, minimize where desirable, and overall make you feel like a million bucks! I wear these to work frequently as they appear to be a trouser jean and they really do minimize my mom-pooch. Love!

    I wanted to like these jeans. Upon trying on I was happy - they covered the bottom amply, they had no "back gap," they zipped up without drama. I love the color. Like many noted, they are really long. However, I'm returning the jeans because they are more like a boot cut. The stretchy fabric makes them cling instead of drape and I don't like that very very tight fit in the thighs. Will work if you have thin thighs, but not for me.
