This is a nice clock, the ninja has a lot of details, the legs and arms move. The only thing I do not like is that the numbers could be visible at night, this is they were red or yellow instead of dark gray, so I can see them without need to push down the head that turns the screen light.
The minifigure itself is pretty freaking cool. You can move it's arms and legs, and the sword comes out of his hand. My son LOVES that he can play with the sword. The clock part is alright... You can't really tell the time unless you push the little guys head down so the back light comes on. The alarm is the softest alarm I've ever heard in my life. My son is going into the 3rd grade this year, and thought it was time for him to wake himself up and start doing morning without "mom interference" Not with this guy. It is super quiet at first and then the beeps get closer together and more annoying. Maybe we'll try putting energizer batteries in it... I wouldn't recommend this for the alarm only. If you have a lego lover like I do, it'll be a hit regardless.
My six-year-old son absolutely loves this clock!!! He is a huge Ninjago fan and loves the green ninja. He also loves that the grey plastic sword is removable for him to play with. He wasn't a morning person when I was the one waking him up, but now, waking up to the alarm clock, he wakes up in a good mood. Amazing! The quality is good also, and the clock keeps great time. The only drawback so far is that little hands can't set the clock. To set it, you must hold down two buttons on the back simultaneously while looking at the numbers on the front. My son also likes that the ninja's arms and legs move so that he can stand the ninja up or sit him down. Pressing on the ninja's head makes the digital time light up so that you can see the time in the dark. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase.
this alarm clock turns itself to military time. No one knows how to switch it back other than to take out the batteries and put them back in. Problem with that is, after you do that in a few days it goes back to military time. this thing is a piece of garbage.
This is the most desirable of the Ninjago Clocks... Why, because it is Lloyd, the most powerful of ALL ninjagos! As my boy has stated to me! I am glad I picked this up for 19.95 plus free prime shipping... I was surprised that amazon had two price increase since my purchase, one to 24.95 the last to its current 29.95. I was hoping to buy a few others before christmas... but not at that price! After christmas demand the price will come back down. Other than that, it is a great item. Note, the clock is just a black LCD screen... it is very cheaply made... but, the KIDS want em! You can get a high quality radio with a cd player for just as much. Oh well. I will update after my son opens his on christmas day.
Update: The LCD screen lights up GREEN when you press down on the head. My son loves it. nufsaid
Item as described & fast shipping. I bought this clock for my 8yr olds room which is decorated in lego ninjago. My son love's it & it looks better in person. It was also larger than I expected which was a nice surprise. It is well built & I think it should last a long time.
The only two things that I don't like about this product is that it doesn't stay lit up and that it doesn't come with a power cord. It runs off batteries which I did know before my purchase but it would be nice to be able to plug it in. Seems it would get more use with a power cord and light up display.
