Ecolution Evolve is available in stunning new shades of Crimson Red, Copper Bronze, New Moon Blue and Black, the cookware has soft, squeezable, silicone stay-cool handles that are comfortable to grip. Adding to its performance and ease of use, the cookware features Hydrolon, an ecologically advanced water-based non-stick coating made without PFOA for greater safety. The heavy aluminum bottom of the pan features a decorative pattern and textured heat bands for even heating and better culinary results. Oven safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, the pans are ideal for electric, gas and glass ceramic cook tops and are dishwasher safe.

    LOVE THIS PAN!!! It is non-stick and is the perfect size for scrambling a few eggs just for myself every morning. I have an electric stove (older one with the coils) and the pot hasn't warped. Will definitely be purchasing more pans from this line.

    I have two of these in different sizes. Ecologically friendly and very nice quality for the price. They heat slowly and evenly with no hot spots. I really like the blue color, its unusual in cookware and matches my kitchen. I have a smooth top range and they work perfectly, though the large skillet I bought is very big for the burner, it still works great.

    I've had this pan for about 2 months. I'm not a fan of Teflon pans and I got it to cook all the variants of scrambled eggs, tortilla espaNola, and low/medium heat foods that don't rely on oil or fat to taste good.

    The pan has worked very well and has a high quality feel to it, which I mostly adjudicate it to its weight and distribution. It has a nice blue shine, and compared with other pans that I've had, it appears to be higher quality.

    EDIT: After 3 years of owning this pan, I highly recommend it.

    There are a bunch of slightly cheaper non-stick pans out there.
    But this is non-PFOA. Those of you who don't know yet, PFOA is a possible carcinogen under review.
    Miniscule amounts may not do anything to your body, but study is yet inconclusive. But I say better safe than sorry.
    If it means spending a couple of bucks for non-PFOA frying pan, so be it.

    But what really makes this frying pan 5 star is the build quality and the ergonomics.
    The weight distribution is perfect. 5 stars totally deserved.

    I cook eggs and sausage in this at least once, if not twice, a day. Nothing sticks to it, and it is so easy to clean. It probably helps that I use a silicone spatula, let it cool down before I wash it, and never put it in the dishwasher.
