    The 4409 base rail adapter allowed me to use my older (non-ISR) Pullrite 4100 Superglide hitch on my new RAM 2500. I mounted it using Pullrite’s 2336 ISR rail kit. The overall height off the bed ended up being 18in which was actually approximately an inch lower than if I had purchased a new Pullrite 2700 ISR hitch. Apparently the new Pullrite ISR hitches are taller than the older non-ISR ones. The rail adapter worked great, no issues, and no noticeable slop or “banging” when used to pull a 15K fifth wheel.

      I`m not sure what the other people are talking about but my rails fit as they should and the seller was on the ball on the delivery part. With these adapter rails sometimes you have to re align the base rails in your truck to the new adapter by loosening the base rail mount bolts until the adapter drops in then retighten the bolts. The machine tolerances are very close on both parts so a slight misalignment will prevent them from dropping in.
