    I wear a LOT of denim shirts during the winter, and I have a lot of Wrangler denim shirts. I purchased a couple of these shirts to have on hand this winter - just to see how they compared to the Wrangler. These shirts are awesome! They are WAY thicker material than my Wrangler, and the snaps are heavy duty! This is a very well made shirt, and fit me well. I wear my outer shirts a bit loose, so I ordered one size up like I always do. The shirts fit well, and are very warm to boot!
    Even though denim shirts have gotten expensive over the past few years, these are well worth to cost - at least to me!!

    I pounded the net looking to get a replacement for my 20 year old denim shirt that I obviously finally wore out. After looking at countless shirts I settled on this one from Key Apparel. Super nice shirt, definitely is a relaxed cut, not "tailored and tapered" like almost all of these shirts anymore. The only other thing is if you are borderline XL and 2XL, the 2XL is really big!! I probably could have used the XL but I like shirts like these plenty loose so it works for me. All in all it's the nicest shirt I found !!!

    The Key brand is the BEST brand in snap up denim shirts! My husband is 4XLT and Key is the only brand that delivers ample length in the arms and overall shirt - alway's stays tucked in! My husband works 4 x 10 hr days in these shirts. His days are pretty rough, then he comes home and works in his shop. I buy 4 new shirts every couple of years. Each week, I wash no less than 6 denim in one load. If you dry on medium, there's very little shrinkage and the shirts don't require ironing if you hang up out of the dryer right away. My husband has an older 91 yr old friend who often comments on these shirts. So... for early Christmas, we bought him 2 (XLT) shirts. He also LOVES his shirts and we now rarely see him without one on! Key brand is the BEST!

    it has gotten SO hard to find a good quality denim shirt since the hipsters turned them into a fashion statement. The Key brand is good, heavy duty denim. I'm sure this shirt will last 5-10 years no problem. I actually bought two, a regular and a tall. They are close to true size, especially after the first wash because they do shrink 10-15%. Now for the bad news - the snaps are JUNK. After the first washing, two of the glued on pearloid plastic parts came off. Next wash, 2 more. You don't miss them so much because the snap itself is chrome. But WHY would you put such low quality and honestly tacky closures on an otherwise top of the line garment???

    I wear them as over shirts, a light layer of warmth and wind protection. They are well suited to that. They are a bit too rough, stiff and abrasive to wear next to bear skin unless you've washed them 199 times.

    If they ever use a better quality closure, this would be a 5 star garment. Which is should be considering the price. At this time the price is 35 each, it should be more like 15-22 with the snaps.

    This is my favorite cool weather shirt. I think that size and the length are great, at least for me. It seems to be very well constructed as I have found with other Key appearel I have purchased in the past. I have had no issues with shrinkage and the color has been lost during the months of washing I have put it through. I am really impress. Great product at a great price and great service. I would order this shirt again if I had to replace this one. I have a feeling I will be wearing this for a long time. Thanks.

    I fell between xl and xxl, so I ordered both. Even after washing both in hot water and normal drying, both were plenty big enough for me in the body (the xl sleeve length shrunk to a point that I would not want it shrink any more-It is still ok though and I have fairly long arms). I would not buy the xxl again as the body is still huge, but the sleeves are just about right to a tad bit long. I can still wear it though and it will work well as sort of a light jacket. If you are between sizes, I would not go up in size. If you have long arms, I'd look for the "Tall" option, but the body (tails) is plenty long enough in the "Regular" for me.
    Having said this, the quality of the two shirts are consistent and very good. I found them fairly soft out of the package, but softer after the washing and am loving the snaps instead of the buttons. The weight makes them a great second layer for the winter.
    I like and recommend. I'm gonna buy another, maybe looking for a tall model in xl (otherwise, the xl will do fine as I still have plenty of room in the torso) I just hope it doesn't shrink much more (in case I swell back up during the winter months-again).

    I normally wear an extra large. I ordered extra large and it was HUGE!!! I will be sending back the XL - unfortunately I have to pay a restocking fee. I got the large and it fits just right. It is a nice shirt - just make sure you buy 1 size smaller than you normally wear.

    The measurement on the large from neck seam to shoulder seam is 7 3/4"". The sleeves are 24 1/2". From the neck seam down the back to the tail is 33 1/2". Across the back is 20 1/2".

    The XL measure is 8 1/4" neck to shoulder. The sleeves are 24 1/2". From the neck down the back to the tail is 34 1/2". Across the back is 22".
