    I have used this shampoo and conditioner for well over 10 years, almost exclusively. I have fine hair and have medium/shoulder length hair. My hair is in terrific condition and I receive compliments all of the time for how healthy it looks. I am over fifty so this is saying something. This shampoo and conditioner are a big reason why my hair stays in such great shape.
