I originally reviewed this bottle and gave it 4 stars because the O-ring gasket on the top came off too easily, but now I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received. Here's my original post:
I've had this bottle 9 months and really like it. It has a nice finish, hasn't shown sign of wear, is reasonably insulating (not sure how it compares to the name brand, but it sure costs a lot less), and does not leak...that is until the O-ring on the top suddenly disappeared. It always seemed like it would come off too easily, so I was careful to keep an eye on it. I did catch it coming off a few times, but didn't catch it the last time. It's gone now and so the bottle now leaks. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for this problem.
UPDATE: I contacted Mira via their website and told them the story and they sent me a new O-ring gasket free of charge. I've updated my rating to 5 stars!
