      So far I give it 5 stars. Was skeptical at first because of the low price but, since others gave such good reviews I took a chance. Installed it about a week ago and has been performing flawlessly. If this continues I know where I’ll be buying my cartridges. What amazed me most was that the company actually call me to ask about my satisfaction, wow! Highly recommend you give them serious consideration.
      6/23/2017 update: Just replaced with a new "Renewable Cartridge", these cartridges perfom as indicated, got 5,000 plus copies. I see the price has gone up, still a great buy.

      I just ordered this black toner cartridge to use in my Brother MFC-9840CDW printer, which is several years old. It arrived promptly and was well packed/protected from shipping damage. Unlike many refills I've purchased, there was no loose toner inside the plastic package. It installed as expected and produced good quality printing with no smearing or blank spots. My initial judgement is that these guys are doing the refill and shipping right. I highly recommend this vendor and brand for your toner refill needs.

      The cartridge itself is a refilled Brother cartridge- and that's fine.

      Unfortunately the cartridge I received is either overfilled, or defective- because it keeps dumping toner inside my printer between the cartridge and the drum leading to spots all over my prints. I blow out the excess dust and it's fine for a few prints- but then the problem returns.
