I can't really rate this as far as whether or not I could see a difference in my health. It tastes like any other aloe vera juice I've had in the past and needs to be mixed with fruit juice for my taste. the price was good and I'm sure it's healthy. I'm sure it is a good product as far as aloe vera juice goes.
