I was looking forward to this delivery. My friend's birthday is coming and she really loves these. I was very disappointed in the packaging, no insulation or ice to keep the chocolates from melting. This is what I got, nothing but 2 bags of melted chocolate with crackers mixed in. They're lucky to get the 1 star.

    Mind you it’s been hot in my area 82-90 degrees Fahrenheit in middle of July. We just came back from Hawaii, missed these snacks so I took a chance and ordered them since my daughters were missing and craving the Choco Mochi.

    Was nicely packaged in the silver bubble bag along with some gel ice packs though they were already warm and melted. We felt both bags and they did not seem to be melted at all! Just opened one bag and perfect! Not melted and delicious just like the ones we had in Hawaii.
