    These pants are fantastic. I can get very bloated in the summer months and was looking for a pair of hiking pants that would be more forgiving. I have the Columbia Sportswear Women's Saturday Trail Pant, bought off the Amazon best seller list. These pants are more comfortable, more breathable, less prone to pilling, easier to adjust, and have much better pocket placement. I liked them so much I immediately purchased another pair to replace the Columbia pants. I wore them on a 2 hour hike in extremely humid conditions and the pants stayed cool and dry the entire time. The side leg pocket was roomy enough to fit my wallet and the front pockets are very deep to fit a phone or even a point and shoot camera. I normally wear a size 4 in Gap jeans and the small fits me well.

For $24 more than they cost on here. :) It was a pleasant surprise to see that the price had dropped here, so I returned those, and bought them here. I'm an 8-10 in sizes, but more a generous 8 than a 10. I bought the M in these, and they fit SO great! They have so much perfection in them- not too tight, not too loose, a longer inseam, elastic waistband, and perfect for most weather types. I needed comfy pants, and that's what these are.     I will attempt return because they are clearly mis-sized. I own two other pairs of Medium Long in these pants, including a pair I purchased through another Amazon seller, and one from a local store.

    This pair is baggy around the crotch, pockets sag, loose fitting. They are NOT a medium.

    I love these pants in actual medium, which is why I have 2 other pairs and sought a 3rd in different color! Disappointed and hope I can return.

    I bought a pair of Royal Robbins Women's Jammer Roll-Up Pants in size small from a well-known expensive co-op sports retailer. They fit perfectly. They were just loose enough to be comfortable but fitted enough to look pulled together. This pair is not what I expected. They are the same size but they are much smaller and much more fitted in the thigh. If I hadn't already cut the tags off and laundered them, I would return them. I hate to pay $50+ for pants that don't fit well.

    For sizing purposes: I am 5'5" tall and 124 pounds. I ordered a size small (normally I am a size 4). These are close fitting in the thigh and a little tight through the seat - and I don't have a big rear.
