    I have found this accessory useful, but have not used it as much as I thought I would. However those times when I need it, it is better than using toilet paper to wipe the bowl clean. Don't forget to purge it when winterizing your camper.

    Time for an angry review, since I just wasted the last 4 hours of my weekend on this.

    I was hoping for a sprayer to aim directly on poop in my RV toilet. Once, installed, this thing does NOT produce a jet, as one would desire for such a product, but rather a "gentle spray". This means it will be rather ineffective at its main task. This, by itself, is enough to rate this produce a one star.

    It gets worse. On my Thetford Aqua Magic V, which is designed for such a hand sprayer, I cut off the appropriate nozzle, and connected it. This was relatively easy. But it turns out that the way the toilet is plumbed, the hand sprayer will only operate when the flush nozzle is ALSO held open. This means it has to share pressure with the bowl filler, AND that the bowl will fill as you spray. How exactly does this save me water? Remember, this isn't my fault for bad plumbing - I connected the hand sprayer to the correct optional nipple. In retrospect, I WISH I had plumbed a T into the supply line, and connected a cheap unit like this one:
    Plumb Craft 7635700 Sink Sprayer

    The product listed here is basically the same, except that it comes with a toilet bottom gasket for re-sealing the toilet in case you need to remove the toilet to get enough space to access the connection point. As fate would have it, that applied to me. So, I spent a fair bit of time removing my toilet, peeling, then scraping off the old (gross) gasket. Then attaching the sprayer, then replacing the toilet, then trying to solve the leaks that came where the water supply connects to the toilet. Because while they gave the big gasket for the toilet outlet, they did not supply a replacement washer for the water supply connection.

    Now, I have a variety of drips going on back there. One slow one from the bad washer, but one that seems to be caused by thehand sprayer itself. I think the hand sprayer and its hose drain back and out of the toilet valves when the water pump is turned off and pressure drops. Either way, I'm glad I have my toilet mounted in a "wet" shower in the RV. Cuz it's wet.

    So, doesn't work for intended purpose, was a pain to put in, seems to cause backwash leak, wastes water, is far more expensive than the same product for your kitchen sink. What's to like?
