Strap that wraps around the handlebar post is too long. If your bike has a thinner post, you have to leave it a bit looser for the velcro to hold.
The side walls of top are too short, if the bag is full, it takes some extra effort to close it properly.
If you use it to keep things that you really don't use all the time, than it is not a major problem, but for using it all the time it is not very practical.
