Retractable Transom Tie Down features a Bolt on tie-down that is permanently mounted to the trailer. Mounting bolts are included. It is also furnished with an easy lift release grip handle that is 42 inch long.

      Bought these last year & waited to post anything. They are great
      until they stop retracting. I replaced one to another set because it
      stop retracting after awhile. I bought a set replaced that one and now
      it stopped retracting. One left from the set will use it when the next one
      stops working. Will not buy again will change to new brand. Just be aware
      if you buy this its not gonna last long depending on how much you use it.
