    This is the absolute most amazing case I have ever used including Tumi. Six suites (44R) went into this case with room for more. The first time out the case must have gotten caught under the wheels of a plane luggage cart and one side of the fabric was scrapped off the the zipper damaged. I only had it one week and the trip was two weeks so I was very distraught after spending so much money and having this happen. No questions asked they replaced it with a brand new case. I will never buy any thing but Briggs and Riley again.

    I was so looking forward to using this garment bag. It was larger than you generally find. I could not have been more disappointed. It's nearly impossible to start the zipper or get it around the corners. The handle is wobbly and a pull on one of the zippers snapped off. I asked for a replacement but found it had the same issues. Then, I got charged $136 restocking fee. Ouch!

    Fantastic suit carrier you can get 4 suits inside plus pockets for everything, far bigger than picture shows, the four wheels make it very easy to manoeuvre but can be heavy. If I had one complaint it would be the two tags at the top that fold over and Velcro down, they make using the two zips difficult sometimes but that aside a huge bag well made with a great guarantee just be warned this definitely won't be able to be used as cabin baggage.
