    Annoying beep when you mute the headset.

    Overall, it's still a "gaming" headset. Even the $240 Turtle Beach set was still a piece of shit in comparison to the $350 Bose QC35II's in my office. It's not bad for what it is, but we need to stop pretending gaming headsets aren't complete garbage.

    I received the product, and out of the box it looked amazing. Comfort was never an issue with it, and audio was great...... for 3 months. Every time my mic is on it sends constant static to everyone else that can hear me and are now fully unusable. Games I have purchased since owning the mic go unplayed due to not being able to communicate with group members. Usually I like to go with name brands, but this is horrible. A waste of money at any price. Save a bit more money and buy one that doesn't give you and people you play with this aggravation.

    This is my second time buying this mic. The first time it stopped working completely, no sound, and no one could hear me. I bought it again because i had seen that the price dropped. And now my mic is currently starting to not work. I can only hear out of one ear most of the time. My question is are you able to purchase just the mic part of the headset? That's what i think is going wrong and a new one would probably fix it.

    I had great hopes for this headset. I bought this in April and by August the mike was giving trouble. By the end of October the mike is not working at all. In comparison, the Turtle Beach Earforce X O Four headset that bought in March 2014 still works. - This product doesn't match up. The only saving grace here is the analog volume controls. Which is why I gave it 2 stars. Even after giving credit where credit is due, it's simply not worth the price.
