    I bought this umbrella for my 2 1/2 year old daughter because she loves princesses. The design is really pretty and she loves the 3 princesses that are on there. It is also really easy for her to put up and take down on her own. She struggles with the umbrellas that you have to push a button in and this one she can just push up and pull down and it stays on its own. She loves that she can do it on her own and she does not struggle with it at all.

    This umbrella was a dissapointment in more ways than one. I was given an estimated delivery date when I bought it. When they finally shipped it, my delivery date was later. When it was delivered, it even missed the later estimated delivery date by a day. Too late for a birthday party. I purchased one locally. Paid $3 more for it but it was better! The doll princess at the bottom of the umbrella handle LOCALLY is indeed a doll. This umbrella has a completely flat doll shaped thing at the bottom - not at all as depicited.

    If I had it to do all over again, I certainly would not buy this one.
