I was looking for a sleek, lidded trash can with a small footprint for our new travel trailer. This product was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to assemble and the tall 13 gallon kitchen garbage bags fit perfectly, with plenty of space in the bottom to store those extra bags. The capacity fit our needs perfectly; small enough to not take up precious trailer floor space, but tall enough so that the capacity does not require us to be emptying the trash every time we turn around. The lid fits securely, so no odors AND the nosey 70 pound puppy can't get into it. The design is attractive and, while the trailer is parked, sits at the end of my kitchen counter. When moving, it is lightweight enough that it can be easily stowed. I have seen some RV'ers make a strap to anchor a similar style to a wall while traveling; we don't have a suitable place to do this, so ours gets wedged into a corner. Some have commented that, for the price, they were disappointed with the quality. While it may seem a bit pricey, for our needs and for what I have been looking for, this was perfect. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend, it particularly for RV'ers.

Cheap plastic latch
For $79 I would expect the latch to be metal not this cheap plastic. Don't be fooled by the pictures they provided. I used Gorilla Glue to fix it and it did work for a couple of days but as you can see from the pic I provided, it was a vain attempt. Find something else.
