Even though this toolbox arrived with two small scratches on the bottom of one of the drawers, I still give it 5 stars. The quality otherwise is what you would expect from Craftsman... Quality. The scratches were not through any fault of the seller, nor were they caused in shipping. It came from the factory like that. It is something I can live with. When the drawer is closed, the scratches are basically hidden.
