    The Allworx system will not keep call details for more than a few days. it also limits the number of voicemails you can keep so callers get voicemail is full all the time. Also Allworx will not support their products directly. You have to use a Dealer and we haven't been able to find one that doesn't overcharge for everything. Look at cloud phone services instead. most phones they use Amazon has and they are half the price. Also the numbers on the buttons wear off quickly.
