      Verified Purchase
      Product stopped sending faxes a little over a month after buying it. Amazon told me to call Manufacturer. manufacturer said they won’t replace unless I try to get local service tech to fix it. Gave me phone number for some guy who is on vacation for a month or more.....and then they still refuse to just replace the faulty unit. I’ve never dealt with a large company that won’t just honor a warranty and replace the faulty product. Probably cheaper for them to just send a new one than pay a tech for hours of troubleshooting. Couldn’t be more disappointed with this purchase.
