    There are a bunch of locking hitch pins on the market. I bought this specifically to be able to lock my bicycles (on a hitch bike rack) to the hitch receiver.

    This is great in theory. But for my 2-inch receiver, this locking hitch pin only had room for one end of the cable. It needs to be 1/2 inch longer to fit the other end of the cable in order to secure the cable to the hitch pin.

    I had to return the product as it didn't work for my Toyota factory hitch receiver (2-inch) due to the pin being too short.

    Ok, so this may be unclear in the photo, but this set comes with a 3/8" pin, a 5/8" pin, one lock that fits both pins, an 8-ft cable and 2 keys. Awesomeness right? Well, it looked great on the box. I thought I'd be able to attach the pins and the cable to my receiver with the locking mechanism and have everything neat and tidy looking. But I have a 2 inch receiver and once you add the locking pins, you can't fit those cables on at all. If your receiver is only 1.5", then I guess you'll be perfectly fine, but as I stands, I have to use the cable with a couple of U-locks jury-rigged on my bike rack because it won't attach to the locking pins with my 2-inch receiver. Maybe I'm nitpicking, but I wish that they had specified what size receiver this was actually made for. Nevertheless, it's still a pretty solid item. It looks like it was built well and I like it.
