    How it was shipped looked like a disaster. The box split horizontally across the produce. The entire bo’s wa flattened like a pancake so I thought there would be pieces inside.

    Not at all. The shears survived all of the abuse.

    I have a vinyl coated wire fence so weed whips are prohibited. This shears serves that purpose after the lawn is cut. The rotating blade is a plus, however, I did have to use You Tube for instructions.

    If you want a strong pair of long scissors on a stick, buy these. If you want a violent set of hardy bush trimming garden shears - maybe not?
    These easily slice through grass, nettles, docks and young brambles with ease. Using a secateur type action which is easy on the hands. I can go trimming the unwanted plants while having a gentle stroll in the garden, carrying out maintenance and stopping things growing that I don't want. I find that's enough until grass or other plants overtake the thugs and suppress them. I can snip around the lawn where the dog likes to go, keeping grass short and mess easy to find and remove.
    The blades can be adjusted in angle so as to trim horizontal or vertical and all angles in between.
    They feel sturdy although they're beautifully lightweight and the blades make a lovely swoosh snip noise in use and in practice.
    I think they're great for what I wanted.

    Le trovo molto comode per tagliare l' erba ai bordi o in piccole aiuole in cui non si passa con il tagliaerba perchè troppo piccole.

    Certo, il tagliabordi è molto più veloce nel suo lavoro, però con queste puoi tagliare più di precisione ed evitare di rovinare anche i fiori accanto. Io per esempio le uso anche molto vicino al mio piccolo orto e con il tagliabordi non mi oserei mai ad avvicinarmi.

    Mi sono trovato spesso a parlare al telefono in giardino e tagliare i bordi con queste, lo trovo un piacevole antistress e mentre parlo al telefono mi rilassano molto.

    in sostanza lo ritengo un ottimo prodotto, come quasi tutti i prodotti Fiskars
