I was looking for a beginners telescope for my husband for Christmas. Im sorry to say he was very disappointed because he he couldn't see anything. In process of returning it for something better and to my disappointment the address to return this item wasn't found. I'm stuck with the product until I can get the correct information
This sounded like a great telescope for my grandson. However, it dd not work at all. After we set it up,he was anxious to use it but was very disappointed that he couldn't see anything. We tried to fix it but to no avail. I had to return it.
Disappointing not suitable for a newb! Took hours to focus. Read reviews fir days before purchasing. That being said there was an eyepiece missing and the seller could not have been more helpful.
purchased on on 8 Feb 2014, never used more than 3-4 times and it begins to die!!!
-its very small , and you cant even see dents on moon with clarity, do not imagine to see stars or marse or other planet with such a tiny thing. its for kids use. -very difficult ho handle and focus, and parts are made of low quality. nut-bolts will be useless due to quick eroding holes made of cheap where they fit. -stand is of very good quality. -the box is good to keep it "safe" its dies of little use. -buy these type of stuffs from local market after having a trail on them at least you will be able to view/see/inspect the material and quality before paying for it.
Not a good product in case you are planning to buy for your kids as no instructions are provided. Absolutely not a product for grown ups as well. So rather than wasting money in this, one should get a better model.
