Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Very lightweight linear servo with long throw. This works very well on lightweight RC aircraft. Durable if it is not abused. Nice that such a lightweight linear servo is available. Be careful that you have the correct connectors for this on your system as there are at least two sizes of connectors for small servos. It would be nice if there was some standardization! Also, the max voltage for this servo is 4.2 or a single LiPo at full charge. Make sure your receiver and other equipment can run on this low voltage. Don't confuse this with the smaller 2.2 gram linear servo that looks just like it in a picture!
This servo (I have purchased 6 of them over a period of time) fits the bill for me. Yes, I have damaged some, but then I have succeeded in damaging other full sized servos too!
These servos are pretty cheap. They just don't last and are cheaply made right from the start. If these servos get just slightly dirty along the contacts they will shutter and "skip".
