My plumber said this was solid and easy for him to install. (And he remarked that it came with clear, English-only instructions, which he had never seen before we any faucet! Hah!)
I've been using it for about a month now and I like it. The handle action has a solid feel, but isn't sticky or glitchy. The faucet is maybe a little bit stiff to turn to the left and right. The pull-out spray works fine, doesn't "sound like a boat anchor" when pulling it out and returning it.
Aesthetically, this faucet has fit in well with my kitchen's contemporary feel. I'm very happy.
