    I had a choice -- renew directly online for $80 (or was it $90?) or research and find out if the same thing was available from Amazon. Wow, it was, and at a huge savings for exactly the same thing, and easy to activate with the code provided in the box. My only critiques: 1) Sometimes virus-checking files in real time can really slow things down. I'm sure you're constantly working on the efficiency of this process, and want to confirm that it's needed. 2) Do we have to buy the box and have it physically delivered? It seems like trees, costs, and other human effort, could be saved if it was all electronic, but at the same low price.

    Where is the cloud storage? type those words on help pages and nothing found. Had installed for a few hours now going back to Amazon. Had webroot for a year, but that had to be reinstalled every few weeks for the whole year on 3 PC's, will go back to Norton .

    I love the product, especially at the price offered. The key worked fine. The part I had trouble with was the Intel/McAfee Web site and Support. I already had an active subscription and I wanted to extend it. The Web site is set up for new subscribers or renewers who want to extend, paying the high vendor price. If you need Support, you must have a credit card on file with McAfee, which means you are set up for auto-renewal--at their prices. I had to get to the second tier of support before I was given a link to extend my current subscription. And I opted out of auto-renewal. Next time I will carefully weigh the relative merits of pricing and convenience.
