    I purchased this item about 4 years ago and then again 2 years ago. I have spinal stenosis, leg issues, and I am 5’ 11”, weighing 270 pounds.
    I use this on my power recliner. I spend 18-20 hours sitting/lying on this chair daily. I began using this inlay within a year of purchasing my recliner.
    The chair pad has been a Godsend; relieving much discomfort and holding up wonderfully.
    The reason I replaced the pad; the back of the cushion was beginning to fall forward each time I rose from the chair.
    I am now purchasing a third cushion. I believe in this product and highly recommend it for those with similar physical issues.
    The gel inlay seems to last 1 1\2 - 2 years easily.
    By the way, my recliner is leather and the pad does not slip off the chair; even without securing the pad to the chair with the included straps.

    This cushion is well padded in right places. Material is easy to clean, both of these a plus. However, I purchased this for a geri chair identical to one it is pictured with. I did not find the cushion easy to use at all. It did not stay in place and when chair was put in upright position the 'seat' would slide forward making it rather unsafe in my opinion. I was not impressed.
