    I bought the Longitude after I saw it on a friend. I tried hers on, a size small (I'm 5'4", 115lbs). I could fit into an xs but wanted to be comfy and to also be able to wear a sweater underneath. Then I saw this one where there's wool in the fabric. I ordered a small in this, too. It fit better than the longitude. The fabric is nice, and the fleece inside keeps it from itching and one can easily just wear a t-shirt and not be itchy. It's surprisingly warm, I wore it with a fleece hoody underneath in a blustery condition and I stayed warm (fleece is horrible in wind as it goes right through but this is thick enough not to).

    I had to print out return label as I ship to an American address coming across the border so in case it didn't fit I was ready. What annoyed me is that although it says "free returns", it says it will deduct $5 (4.75 or something like that, can't remember the exact $) for shipping from the final refund amount. I'd love to give the seller a negative review for that, but luckily for them I didn't have to return.

    So beware if you need to return, it's not free.

    I REALLY like this jacket - I've been searching for a 3/4 length, soft structure jacket forever...

    Anyway, I gave it 4 stars only because the sleeves on the XL boarder on being a tad too long. BE AWARE that this is a FITTED jacket (which is what I wanted) and it's warm so you won't be piling on sweaters underneath.

    I'd suggest you go a size up - which is what I did.

    Cant say how disappointed I am that I must return this. The style, design & quality are excellent for me. Looks really beautiful. Its also the Perfect weight & warmth for my needs.
    Now for THE HOOD:
    --Totally abnormal design--and l live in hoods constantly --of many styles.
    --Hood is Way Too Big. top to bottom. So big it comes down and covers my eyes. This is laughable because I have a really big head as well as big hair. and was blinded by the size. (medium!)
    --While too big top to bottom, the dang hood is too small ear to ear not allowing free side to side head movement.
    --Hood so big it could not even be rolled back on top. Rhe multiple seams prevented me from trying to adjust it by rolling it back.

    The Lining:
    --at the neck, does not go all the way. So where's there is no lining at that juncture the itchy/scratchy wool is constantly rubbing against delicate neck skin.
    The Zipper:
    --when fully closed also dents hard into your neck. Other people have mentioned this.

    I usually wear a medium so that's what I ordered. This coat is well-made and the length of the sleeve and body are great for those with longer limbs. It fit well in the body area but the sleeves and shoulder area were very snug. It was not comfortable, even with a light-weight top - but you wouldn't need a coat if it's warm enough for a light-weight top! It has little or no stretch and felt very restricting. I don't think even a large would have been comfortable. To be fair, I am fairly well-developed in the upper body and someone with thin arms or less chest might find the coat roomy enough!

    The only reason I gave this long hoody 4 stars is because of the tight fit of the sleeves in the wrist area. There isn't much room to see your watch, if it is a bulky type. Also you cannot wear a bulky sweater under the coat. Otherwise, it is a great coat, if you are slim. It is quite form fitting. It provides good warmth for temps in the 50's and low 60's.
