By putting the 8 x 10 recipes inside...I wrote on the side of it what the recipe was so I could quickly skim thru the papers without taking each of them out to read what it was. Its awesome...the carry case is made very well...its easy to store and holds alot of whatever you decide you want to file. Love it!
