    Love the idea of this over a traditional grease gun but....I shoulda known better when the product description talks about a completely unrelated product. Instructions couldn't be any more useless. Yes, I know you have to push down to pump the grease. It only moves one way. Nothing about the proper way to fill the thing and I discovered a broken o-ring right out of the box trying to figure out which end is best to fill it. #tbi awareness. Also can't get it to "snap" onto any of the zerks on my jeep or mower. The only 2 things I needed this for. Gona keep messing with it and hope for the best. If the review is less than 2 stars when you read this, I didn't figure it out. 3 or 4 stars, I made it work. Useless instructions automatically deduct a star.

      I bought this to lube my chainsaw bar. After figuring out how to fill it, there are no instructions, I tried it out. The grease hole in MY Husquvarna saw was too small and grease wouldn't go in. I used a 1/4" drill bit to countersink the hole slightly. Worked like a champ. I gave it 5 stars because it is nicely made and refillable.
      Pull on the tip end to load. The whole inside slides down. It takes a few pumps to get going.

It might work for other applications, but I could not get a good seat on the fitting and could not get grease into the fitting even when it did seat. Note that the pivot joint is brand new and accepted grease easily at the shop with a traditional grease gun.
