Arrived intact in a glass jar to Florida from Hawaii. Pretty strong alcohol used as preservative hopefully assures its longevity. With only 30 drops recommended per serving it will last long time. The lid with a lose, removable bottom is not good and makes it hard to handle. I purchased glass bottles with an eye dropper to make it easier to dispense the right doses.
